PRC Technical Service Support

The PRC Service Department maintains trained staff experienced in programming, troubleshooting, and computer compatibility who can answer questions on all current PRC devices, including Accent®, PRiO® and Via™ Pro.

Free telephone support is available Monday through Friday. Call 800-262-1990 between the hours of 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. (ET) and your call will be answered by the first available technical service representative (TSR). Weekend calls are returned by a remote service technician. Our remote technicians are trained service representatives who also use PRC products.

For your convenience, we also offer online support at support.prentrom.com. Search our device articles for answers to many of your support questions. You can also e-mail the Service Department at service@prentrom.com.


Saltillo Technical Service Support

The Saltillo Service Department maintains trained staff experienced in programming, troubleshooting and computer compatibility who can answer questions on all Saltillo devices, including NovaChat®, ChatFusion™, TouchChat® Express and Via™ Pro.
