TouchChat Express 8.2/ChatWrap 8.2 Keyguard

This Keyguard is specifically designed to line up with vocabulary files on TouchChat® Express 8.2 and ChatWrap® 8.2 models. It helps guide the user’s touch to targeted icons on the screen and reduce accidental button activations. Both standard and custom Keyguards are available. These Keyguards are compatible with iPad® Air2, iPad 9.7 Pro, iPad generation 5, and iPad generation 6.  

Standard Keyguards are hinged, and are set to the following specifications:

• 15 landscape/24 portrait (with ICONS ON):  Number of lines = 1; Font Size = 28 pt; Font = Arial
  
• 15 landscape/24 portrait (with ICONS OFF):  Number of lines = 1; Font Size = 72 pt; Font = Arial
• 42/48/80 (landscape; with ICONS OFF): Number of lines = 1; Font Size = 42 pt; Font = Arial;
  

Custom Keyguards are hinged.

When a custom Keyguard is selected, please provide the following details so we can build the Keyguard to your specifications:

Number of Buttons/Arrangement

• Total number of buttons
• Number of rows
• Number of columns
• Vocabulary file you are using (if applicable)

Speech Display Bar Details

• Number of lines
• Font size
• Font type

Icons

• Turned off (default)
• Turned on (must have only one line of text

Device Serial Number

• Located on the back of your device
