ClampOnMount

The ClampOnMount is a tabletop mounting system with versatile SuperClamp base, two tubes, and Quick Shift joint. Though it is considered a table mount, it can be clamped onto many surfaces and the tubes allow positioning above or below the surface where it is mounted. 

This mount is not suitable for mounting to a wheelchair or to be used while moving.
