Peace of Mind Warranty - Via Mini/Via Pro

We think our High Five Warranty is pretty great, but we also know there are circumstances that warrant even more device protection.

The Peace of Mind Warranty is designed to supplement our standard warranties and provide worry-free coverage for unlimited device and accessory repairs, regardless of frequency or cause. 

Peace of Mind Warranty options are available for all devices shipped after 1/1/23 and eligible devices shipped prior to 1/1/23 (excluded devices include ChatFusion 8/10, NovaChat 12, PRiO 8/10 and TouchChat Express 8/10)

The Peace of Mind Add-On Covers All of the Following During the Warranty Term:

• Free repairs regardless of cause or frequency
• Priority order for use of PRC-Saltillo loan equipment during repair (loan equipment available upon request and subject to availability)
• Priority order for repairs
• Expedited Shipping to and from PRC-Saltillo
• Warranty coverage for PRC-Saltillo Branded Accessories purchased at the time of original device purchase (Look® and NuPoint® extended warranty options sold separately)
• This warranty is available only in the U.S.

A one-time opt-in fee of $75 will be charged for devices shipped prior to 1/1/23.
